CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
The Institut pour la photographie is launching the first edition of its research and creation support programme on the theme ‘Photography, object of dissemination’.  It awards four annual grants required to research, create and complete the selected projects and is open to doctoral students, university and independent researchers, exhibition curators and artists, regardless of age or nationality.

The latest edition - brand new images by plainpicture.

Hannah H. Häseker, Marie Hoffmann, Theresa Pistorius, Jane Zajaczek - four young photographers show: Fragmente, work in progress: continued, rethought, new photographs added ... They show a unique signature in their photographic works ranging from very artistic, experimental material and identity studies to photographic narratives that seem to come from another era.

More than a century and a half later, black and white photography continues to hold a prominent place in our hearts and imaginations. LensCulture introduces the Black & White Photography Awards, a reflection of our own long-held love for the simplicity and evocative power of these images.

Shared memories are at the centre of the 25-year anniversary of Fotomuseum Winterthur: For the jubilee exhibition, "25 Years! Shared Histories, Shared Stories", friends and colleagues who have accompanied the museum along the way were asked to choose their favourite works from its collection.
