From 4th to 27th May 2018, the 22nd edition of the Biel / Bienne Festival of Photography will look at the notion of happiness and its growing importance in contemporary society. The festival offers numerous activities, including discussion workshops, meetings with photographers, hands-on workshops, film screenings, talks and performances.
